Automatic Empty Bottle Depalletizer is designed to transfer the
bottles(PET bottle,Can)from the full pallet to the bottle conveyors
in order to make sure the whole line production.It include:feed
platform,unpack,bottom platform,empty pallet platform,lifting
mechanism,bottle output platform,clapboard discharge mechanism and
so on.Capacity range from:20000-40000BPH.

3.1 Main machine
Main machine includes:main frame, lifting well, bottle gripper,
chipboard conveying, chipboard collecting frame.
3.2 Pallet conveyor
Chain conveyor has a length of 1600mm standard pallet conveyor,
2400mm unbinding platform and pallet turning.
3.3 Bottle discharging conveyor
The conveyor is made of stainless steel chain. Side plate made of
stainless steel, the sprocket goes fifty-fifty and easy to change.
3.4 Operating platform
The column uses 100mmx100mmx5mm square tubes, beams and ribs using
12# U steel, surface hot-dip zinc treatment and grid anti-slip
3.5 Pallet stacker,maximum width adjustable to 1200mm, which can
stack and dispense pallet.
3.6 Unbinding platform
Pedals of unbinding platform made of galvanized plate.
3.7 Forklift protection
Forklift protection is used to protect the pallet chain conveyor
against forklift colliding and prevent the pallet slanting.
4. Working principle:
- Firstly the whole pallet bottles will be unloaded on the pallet
chain conveyor by forklift, sent and stopped at unbinding platform.
- The operator will unbind the bandage and film on the pallet, in the
end the pallet after unbinding will be sent underneath lifting well
- The lifting device of main machine will lift the pallet to a height
that pallet probe can reach.
- Then the sucker frame sucks the chipboard on the pallet and send it
to the chipboard conveying device beside the main machine and
collected at chipboard collecting frame.
- Meanwhile, the bottle gripper clamps one layer of bottles and moves
forward to bottle discharge conveyor. Then the bottle gripper
looses and discharge the bottles on the conveyor. Discharged
bottles will move forward by bottle conveyor.
- After one layer of bottles discharged, lifting device of main
machine goes up one layer according to pallet probe height, then
discharging for next layer till whole pallet bottle finished.
- When whole pallet bottles unloaded, lifting device lowers the empty
pallet on the pallet conveyor, the door of baffle plate opens, then
conveying to the empty pallet stacker.
- At the same time, the pallet conveyor underneath lifting well is
waiting for next pallet bottles from unbinding platform.
- The pallet stacker collects empty pallets, they will be moved away
by the forklift after reaching a certain numbers.
- The above process completes entire pallet bottles unloading,
chipboard collecting and moving and empty pallets stacking and
