Flow chart of packing:
Containers on the infeeding conveyor divided into multiple lane then grouped by the bottle separating system After containers grouped, which will fall on the corrugated paper through bottle dropping system when bottles and corrugated paper decreasing by bottle falling system, a group of forming plates to fold the corrugated paper into shape of carton. At the same time the main drive drives the carton forward firstly, the gluing system finishes to spray glue on the top of the carton then front carton pressing completes top adherence. The cartons keep moving forward sides of carton are glued again by the gluing system, the carton formed and adhered finally through side pressing and rear carton pressing system and which will be transported to the exit conveyor by main drive.

Bottle infeeding:
Adopting high-quality brand motor and gear box, speed varied by Mitsubishi inverter the chain is made of the polymer, low wear, self-lubricating engineering plastic. Optimal design of every detail to ensure performance and stability. To ensure continuous and stable production the system will check whether there is a problem of lacking bottle and falling bottle before the bottles packed if there is the bottle dropping system will stop working and alarm.

Belt conveyor speed up:
Using belt conveyor to reduce friction the bottles can be dropped to the right position all at once, which makes bottle feeding more smoothly.
Reducing pressure of front-end bottle infeeding conveyor effectively and improve efficiency of the machine.

Bottle dropping system:
When the beam sensor detects that the bottles are full and at the same time the cardboard is delivered underneath the bottles At this time the bottle dropping system pushed by cylinder, there is a cylinder in the front for pressure releasing and make the bottles drop on the cardboard quickly through the gap of dropping plate.

Cardboard feeding:
Cardboard feeding system stores the cardboards and feeds the cardboard piece by piece to the bottom of bottle dropping as per request. Equipped with a device which will check the numbers of cardboard magazine in case the cardboard is not enough and the system will indicate the operator to add cardboards. Lifting the sucker by the cylinder(FESTO vacuum generator), sucking cardboard piece by piece from the cardboards in stock then the cardboard is sent to guide slot by cylinder. One motor is used to drive transition wheel to send the cardboard on the guide slot to the bottom of bottle dropping system through an upper and lower V-shaped belt conveyor.

Carton falling device:
Lifting the suckers at both sides to the bottom of cardboard and suck it by the cylinder synchronized with gear after bottles fall down the cardboard and lowering by cylinder with synchronization device and at the same time suckers at both sides suck the cardboard and in the end the bottles dropped on the chains driven by main drive between the front and rear carton pressing.

Front carton pressing:
When the carton delivered to the glue spraying position of front folding, which is driven by cylinder and rotate the glue gun and spray the glue on the top cover of carton then the front folding cylinder drives the front pressing plate and press the baffle down, to achieve front folding pressing plate and baffle sequence of movement and press the carton front fold.

Rear carton pressing:
When the carton delivered to the glue spraying position of side folding (at this moment the side pressing system already finish glue spraying of the carton side), pressing the rear pressing plate and baffle down by rear pressing cylinder, fixing and positioning the wrap around carton so that the side pressing device press the side of the glued carton. When the rear pressing device fixed and positioned the carton, pushing the side pressing plate through both sides of side pressing cylinder, which makes the carton sides pressed.

Carton forming:
There are three steps.
1. When the cardboard sucking device makes the cardboard and bottle falling down, folding the cardboard a shape of carton by a pair of forming baffle. To make the cardboard folding or forming to finish the cardboard initial folding and forming.
2. The front pressing cylinder drives the front pressing the baffle down, to achieve front folding pressing plate and baffle sequence of movement and press the carton front fold by a cam system.
3. When the rear pressing device fixed and positioned the carton, pushing the side pressing plate through both sides of side pressing cylinder, which makes the carton sides pressed.

Main drive:
The main drive consists of drive device, transfer device and regulation device etc. Driving the worm gear box by a servo motor, to drive the front driving shaft and rear driving shaft, conveyor and front and rear carton pressing plate, which can transfer the carton to a fixed position. The distance between front and rear carton pressing plate can be adjustable to adapt to different carton sizes.

Glue spraying system:
The entire system is stable, easy to adjust, accurate and reliable glue spraying position, using NORDSON or RO hot-melt gluer, greatly extended the life of glue machine and minimizing repair and maintenance time, lowering the cost for the user and improve productivity.
